Tasting

Piasek means sand: the estate's vines grow in sand and loam. Solaris, fermented in steel and kept on its lees for four months. Pale gold. Yellow apple, pear, elderflower and a little honey, as the grape tends to give, with a clean, fresh line through the middle. Medium-bodied, dry and round. Easy to like without being simple; the sand keeps it light on its feet. Drink it over the next three years.

Food
