Tasting
Mgła means mist, after the mornings in the gorge. Regent and Rondo, two dark-skinned, cold-hardy crossings, pressed quickly for a pale colour and bottled before the ferment finished. Light coral and a little hazy, with a soft, fine sparkle. Wild strawberry, redcurrant and rhubarb, a yeasty edge, then a dry, tart finish. Low in alcohol and easy to finish. Open it cold, carefully, and drink it this year.
